Can't get Hebrew with Vilna font.

I downloaded and installed the font. When I tried to type with it in Micrisoft Word, only the English characters appeared.

I tried in Adobe Illustrator with the same results. I found a website that said I needed to enable Hebrew in Microsoft Word. When I did this, suddenly the entire program ran in Hebrew. The only way I could get it to run in English was to delete it and reinstall it.

Then I remembered about glyphs. When I turned on glyphs in Adobe Illustrator, I was able to get the Hebrew characters I needed for a small project But thats a very tedious and slow process. When I click on the file containing the font in the fonts folder, only the English characters appear. There was no file containing instructions that came with the font.

Can you please tell me how to type tge Hebrew characters from the keyboard in Microsoft Word? I think this is not very good service to your customers.

Their website glitches do to updates, and now nobody will respond or refund my money. Buy somewhere else that will ensue you get your fonts

Several weeks ago I purchased a font from MyFonts.com. I paid $140 for this font. They sent me a link to download it. The link didn't work. I've tried several times to contact them through email. I get a response saying they will get in touch within 24 hours. Then I never get a response or new link. They have no phone number to call. I've asked for a refund and still received nothing.

I am unable to download several fonts I purchased - it's been 3 weeks and i'm NOT happy.

I have made 2 separate font purchases and for both of them I am unable to download the fonts. I have already filled a complaint 3 weeks ago regarding the first order, and it has still not been resolved and no one has gotten back to me. This has taken so long that I have requested a refund as I ended up buying the font from another website, but have still not heard back from anyone regarding the refund. The second group of fonts I purchased today, and am also not able to download them. I really need these fonts urgently and need someone to get back to me ASAP with a solution. Given that no one got back to me regarding my first complaint via email, I am already extremely frustrated, and I am requesting that someone calls me on the phone so that I can speak to them one on one. I have been a long time customer of my fonts and would appreciate some attention regarding these matters I have been more than patient already. Customer service needs to be MUCH better and there should be a number that we can call as clearly they are not responsive via email.

I called last week about adding 3 fonts that can be purchased on my phone (Galaxy Note 8) and I havent received a emai from the fonts department. The fonts I would like to see to be able to purchase are the following: Poiret One Champagne and Limosines Poppins Android uses Monotype Imaging Fonts so if you can get them, I will purchase them for my phone. all identify all Licensed Web Fonts to visitors of Websites only by the Licensed Web Font’s original name and in accordance with accepted trademark practice, including identification of the trademark owner’s name. The Website’s font selection user interface must display the Licensed Web Font’s original name(s) and cite the source of the Licensed Web Font. You will only use the Licensed Web Font’s original name(s) to identify a Licensed Web Font which effects a faithful reproduction of the underlying font and which is of a quality sufficient to meet industry typographic quality standards. Can you explain this in a more simple manner. Thanks!

MyFonts - stop spamming me

At one time I designed a few fonts and submitted them to MyFonts. After a couple of years, when I submitted a new font, they decided not only to refuse it, but to also withdraw my previous submitted fonts from the market. I thought this was unfair and decided I did not want any further dealings with MyFonts. Since then I have asked repeatedly for them to remove my contact details from my database, but still they repeatedly harass me with spam. They use multiple email addresses so even if I use "Block Sender" they still get through. What does it take to get MyFonts to stop sending spam? Do they have any ethical values?

I needed a font very fast and i bought from this site, however the download is not working! I email them, but by the time they will answer me it will be too late. Any chance i can recover my money? I mean, i don't even get to use their product cause the download is not even working. This is the reason people don't want to buy for fonts, stores like this one. They used to be able to identify fonts when you would upload even a low resolution screen shot of a font. Then, they went to only identifying fonts that they had for sale (which would not even be close sometimes, but hey they wanted a buck). Now, they can't identify a font with the a high resolution print quality pdf that was cropped in photoshop and saved as a 300 dpi .jpeg. Nothing close matches this font... Well even Arial is a very close match but the E looks different... but their system is so terrible it can't even suggest the 6 close fonts I've already identified. FALSE ADVERTISING ON THEIR SITE. THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. NOBODY SHOULD EVEN BOTHER WITH THEM.

Forced migration from Fontdeck to MyFonts - CATASTROPHIC

I am a UK client, using a Fontdeck web font (Bookman Regular and Swash) for my website supporting a charity. Fontdeck shuts down tomorrow 1 Dec and following advice I migrated to MyFonts and paid for their Bookman fonts well before the Fontdeck closing date. MyFont's Bookmania Regular didn't fit so they substituted Bookmania Semi-Bold which I can download. However, their help desk supplied some coding help but not the full information to enable the font substitution to happen on my website. I have repeatedly asked by email and phone message for help but the only contact I have is Stuart Hazley who does not reply. Neither does anyone else from the help desk. My website is about to malfunction because MyFonts ignore my problem. I'm appalled that having taken my money, MyFonts can't be *** to deal with a customer's difficulty which has been created by their NON-support. Do not use them, go elsewhere. Witzend
